Author, Photographer & Designer – The Botanico Year Book
Immersed in Berlin’s Café Botanico restaurant and garden for a year, I interviewed and photographed staff, founders, and the seasonal rhythms of its edible forest garden. I designed and produced The Botanico Year Book, combining images, stories, and practical methods rooted in permaculture principles. The book captures the philosophy, plants, and food of this unique café and garden, sharing founder Martin Höfft’s insights to inspire regenerative, biodiverse, and community-focused living.
